About Me

My career journey has never been a straight line, it is why I have a quote from Albert Einstein tattooed on me, which says, 'Logic will get you from A to B, imagination will take you everywhere'. Each chapter, every opportunity, taught me something about people, motivation and the choices we make. Those experiences shaped how I support others today.

Those whom I've supported are post-16 to adults, SEN to ESOL, ex-offenders to ex-forces, work experience to traineeships, FE to Higher education, including independent training providers. Along the way, I've strengthened my practice with formal training: Level 4 in PTLLS, Level 6 in Careers Guidance, Level 7 PGA in Careers Leadership as well as continued professional development through the CDI and other governing bodies. Currently building on the leadership and management skills in completing a Level 5 CMI in this area.

I'm drawn to the stories behind human choices, to gain that full picture before writing out the next chapter. My path may not have been linear, but it led me exactly to where I want to be: supporting individuals to navigate their own journey with clarity, confidence and hope.
