About Me

I have worked with schools, young people and fellow careers practitioners for the last 19 years in a range of job roles. My offer:

For individuals, schools, colleges & universities:
- Person centred, high quality, one to one careers guidance;
- Research-led, professional practice;
- Creative, practical ideas for designing and delivering careers education workshops and programmes.

For organisations and training providers:
- Insightful, reflective, accessible Careers teaching, learning and development (I was privileged to work alongside leading careers experts while I was teaching and assessing the trailblazer group of Level 6 Career Development Professional apprentices);
- Career & Skills Coaching in the Apprentice/Graduate/Early Years/Talent space.

Through my business, established in 2018, I have supported many schools (and a growing number of private clients) across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

I began my career working in research for a legal and banking executive search firm, leaving to complete my Master’s in Psychology. Following which I spent a year living in Toulouse, France, working on international executive search projects for a Bristol based consultancy. I moved back to London to a job in graduate recruitment and trainee development at a large City law firm where I worked for two years before joining Hertfordshire Careers Services as a Careers and Education Guidance consultant in 2007.

Qualifications & Professional Memberships: Registered Professional Member of the Careers Development Institute, Certificate Leading & Managing Careers Education, Morrisby Assessor, Vocational Qualifications Assessor (CAVA), Master's Psychology of Education with BPS Graduate Membership, BA Hons International Business and French.
