About Me
I support students through group workshops and 1:1 careers interviews, ensuring I meet the needs of the young people through high quality careers information, advice and guidance sessions. Once a 1:1 careers interview has ended a completed pathway plan is shared with the student. This will include information on the chosen career as discussed, and links to further information and online resources for the student to look into.Essex Youth Service is a leading provider of Careers, information advice and guidance for young people in Essex. In line with legislation, we hold MATRIX Accreditation and staff across the team are all qualified to the QCF Level 6 Diploma in Guidance and Development.
