About Me
I am an experienced and qualified Career Coach, Careers Adviser and Trainer with strong interpersonal, influencing and organisational skills gained in the delivery of teaching, coaching, training and advisory services for 30 years. I have coached hundreds of professionals/executives plus university staff and students on areas of career choice, job search, application and career transition. I set up and led the first employer mentoring programme in a local university aimed at students from diverse backgrounds. I have worked as a Career Consultant and Adviser across all multidisciplinary faculties. I am particularly interested in working with people from backgrounds which may be under-represented in certain sectors or levels of an organisation e.g. BAME individuals/women who are looking to change or move forward in their careers.
