About Me

I am a qualified and experienced Career Coach. I help people make career decisions, large or small, which reflect their unique qualities, strengths and motivations. I know from personal experience the difference a positive focus makes to the preparation and pursual of a career that you know you’ll enjoy and be successful in.

My coaching is supported by my experience in the HR profession and complemented by a Psychology Degree and Career Coaching Masters. This means I bring professional knowledge and an intuitive understanding of people and behaviour to my coaching, alongside the use of professional coaching skills.

I am qualified to use psychometric profiling tools, including Morrisby, MBTI, Strenthscope and NEO. I also provide coaching to help performance in the psychometric stage of a selection process. I offer a range of services to help people achieve their career goal.  I can help with the production of personal statements for university applications and coach through any or all stages of an education or employment selection process, including interview coaching and help with the preparation of a Linked In profile, CV and cover letters.  I also provide mentoring support through the initial period of a new job or new internal role to help build confidence whilst adjusting to the requirements of a new experience.

I am a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). I adhere to the Career Development Institute Code of Ethics and the BPS Code of Ethics for Psychometric Testing. I have Enhanced DBS checked status.
