About Me

My background is in the third sector and higher education, where I spent 12 years developing my business management, strategy, project management, project development and people management skills in Cambridge and London.

I have a strong interest in helping individuals to develop their capacity to engage in the workplace, to use their skills and abilities to shape their future. This led me to embark on an MSc in Career Management and Coaching at Birkbeck. I completed my career coach training and joined the Register of Career Development Professionals of the CDI (Career Development Institute) in 2016. I am also a member of the National Institute of Career Education and Counselling (NICEC).

I believe that career development is an ongoing process requiring skilled navigation and negotiation. It’s not always easy to know what the next step might be, where to focus your energies or what to do when a door isn’t opening. Finding a fresh perspective and allowing time to work out the best way forward can help you do this.
