About Me
My specialisms and interests include but are not limited to: adults (career changers and returners) and young people who are not in education, employment or training, those who have had a disrupted education; disability, neurodiversity, care leavers, refugees and migrants to the UK, domestic abuse survivors and carers. I have a lifelong interest in social justice, informed by lived experience. I have a strongly held belief in the role of career guidance and education in support of the development of individuals while recognising that increasingly the impact of austerity intensifies structural barriers for disadvantaged groups.Method of delivery
