About Me

I really love what I do as a career coach and trainer and am regularly told that this comes across in my workshops and one to one coaching. 
What makes me stand out is that I can incorporate over 20 years of knowledge and expertise, holding two level 7 qualifications in the field of careers guidance and counselling, with proven powerful techniques such as Neuro Linguistic Programming to enhance learning and challenge limiting beliefs that might be holding us back.
I have worked as an Associate for Career Transition/Outplacement Support Services, as a Barclays Life Skills trainer, employability tutor and currently Careers Adviser in a selective, mainstream and independent school. I am also a radio broadcaster for Brooklands radio.

In my spare time I love keeping fit with hot yoga and going to the gym 3 times a week. I have also dabbled in stand up comedy which massively pushed me outside my comfort zone!! Something I try and do on a regular basis.
