I have extensive experience working across Special Education, mainstream secondary schools, and Sixth Form settings. I am deeply passionate about careers education and supporting young people in exploring, planning, and navigating their future pathways. I take pride in thinking creatively and using innovative approaches to engage students ranging from traditional resources to more hands-on tools such as Lego to foster meaningful conversations and inspire ambition.

My work is driven by a commitment to empowering young people to recognize their strengths, build confidence, and make informed choices about their futures. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy travelling, reading, and spending quality time with my children and grandchildren.
