About Me

I’m a newly qualified careers adviser with over 11 years of experience designing and delivering inclusive, evidence-based programmes that support personal development, progression, and wellbeing. My work spans education, mental health, and corporate training, with a consistent focus on helping people build confidence, explore their options, and take meaningful steps forward.

I’ve created and facilitated workshops and training across a wide range of settings — from residential mental health services to school-based outreach and corporate environments. I’ve supported young people, adults with additional needs, and frontline staff, always aiming to create supportive, engaging, and person-centred learning spaces.

My approach is shaped by values of inclusion, trust, and empowerment. I’m skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including schools, delivery partners, and clients, and I adapt my work to balance individual needs with programme goals. Whether I’m co-creating a psychoeducation programme, designing a careers session for Year 9 students, or coaching someone in crisis, I bring clarity, creativity, and a focus on long-term impact.
