Feeling stuck? You could be in the right place. Most people who work with me are trying to figure something out. What to do next, whether to stay or go, what's not feeling right, or how to make progress. Being stuck rarely means you need to think harder. Often it means thinking differently. I'll help you to do that, giving you: space to talk, think and explore; structure to untangle what feels messy; access to different insights and perspectives; and the right questions to open up new thinking. People often come to me with a lot in their head and leave feeling lighter, clearer, more intentional and ready to take the next step. I draw on career guidance, counselling and coaching to support you in a tailored way, focusing on what you need to move forward. Alongside my training, my own experience of navigating uncertainty, wrong turns and 'what now?' moments in my career also shapes how I work: practically, honestly, and with understanding. We start with a free introductory call with no obligation, to see if we're a good fit. Full sessions are around 50 minutes, by video call, phone call, or in person near Godalming, Surrey.
