About Me

For the past 20 years I have I run my own career coaching practice in North Essex. I enjoy working with clients at many different stages of their careers, from school leavers through to those planning for retirement. This includes CV and interview coaching, as well as support with issues like career change, redundancy and work/life balance. Additionally, I offer supervision services for both students and qualified career coaches. This involves providing a confidential, non-judgemental and safe space to review your client caseload and any associated issues. I am also an Associate Research Fellow at Birkbeck, University of London where I undertake a variety of career research and teaching. I have a Masters degree in Career Management and Counselling and have completed a PhD investigating career transition experiences. I hold memberships with several leading professional organisations, including the Career Development Institute. This means that I adhere to their ethical codes and undertake regular professional development courses. I am always happy to see how I might best tailor my services to suit individual requirements and budgets.
