About Me

I'm Hazel Edwards, The Careers Consultant. With 25 years' experience, my background covers senior leadership, careers advice and guidance, adult education, skills coaching, training and people development.

I provide consultancy, coaching, and training to help organisations and individuals strengthen leadership, develop people and achieve meaningful progression. My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, recognising the importance of understanding people's experiences, building on what is already working well, and creating psychologically safe environments where individuals and teams feel able to contribute, learn and grow. I understand that effective development does not happen in isolation; it happens when people feel heard, supported and valued, and when organisations are intentional about creating healthy cultures that enable both wellbeing and performance.
