About Me
I work in a Specialist college with young people aged 16-24 with SEND/SEMH. My role as Careers and Transitions Lead entails planning and developing careers and employability lessons, the Careers Programme, calendar and strategy as well as conducting one-to-one guidance sessions and facilitating internal and external activities, events and work experience placements. My passion is helping young people realise their potential by raising aspirations, showing them the options available to them and providing them with a variety of relevant and meaningful activities and experiences.BA (HONS) English and United States Literature
