About Me
I am the Founder and Director of Above and Beyond Careers Ltd, a specialist careers consultancy based in Leicestershire. My business provides inclusive and bespoke careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG), with a strong focus on supporting SEND and SEMH learners. Through Above and Beyond Careers, I partner with schools, multi-academy trusts, and national organisations such as UCAS, developing resources, delivering workshops, and offering one-to-one guidance. Each programme is designed to reflect the unique context and aspirations of learners, empowering them to explore opportunities, build confidence, and take successful next steps into further education, training, or employment. Alongside running my business, I draw on my background in teaching, employability programme development, and large-scale national events, having supported thousands of young people across the UK. My approach is rooted in advocacy, co-production, and creativity, ensuring that careers guidance is accessible, inspiring, and genuinely impactful for every learner.Method of delivery
