About Me

I am an RCDP Level 7 qualified Consultant Career Development Coach and am also a Strengths accredited coach. I love enabling my clients realise their strengths, build their confidence and optimise their career choices and job performance through one to one coaching and team facilitation/ trainings. I have a passion for supporting clients with their career transition and career development at various life stages.

In addition I am an MBA qualified HR Consultant and former Head of Human Resources with 30 years experience working for multinational and SME organisations.  Given my strong background in resourcing, I I pride myself on my ability to give clients a deep understanding of the labour and job search market and employers' perspectives. My corporate insights enable my clients to really get inside the mind of a prospective employer and customize their career learning and job searches accordingly.

I also really enjoy empowering and enabling Year 9 + girls (in partnership with their parents) make subject, study, university & career choices using academic, theoretical and strengths based career coaching. Being a parent myself I have an innate understanding of the choices that girls are faced with at school starting in Year 6 when our girls make choices about languages they want to take in Year 7! My clients describe me as "empathic" a "Career Learning Guru" and
" an energetic esteem builder " who "really takes an interest" and "gets it".  To me every client is like a famly member who I want the best for whatever "their best" looks and feels like. Each of us has a career story and I will listen to your story and help you understand it from a theoretical and human perspective. I am a firm believer that we should all be ourselves and play to our strengths.  In doing so we ensure we have fulfilling careers, study choices and rich lives.
