A qualified and experienced IAG assessor, with extensive experience in management, careers guidance, training and teaching; a proven track record in change management, innovation and service development; and a positive outlook. I am motivated by improving performance and provision of CEIAG skills and competences, through supporting and challenging clients and colleagues.
