Gill Hannaford

About Me

With a background in Banking, I spent 14 years working in various Human Resources roles for Lloyds Bank. Supporting Graduate and Undergraduate programmes, running workshops/training, managing assessment centres, supporting with CVs and interview skills.

Have been in Education for 3 years, as part of the Student Services team and being the Careers Co-Ordinator, working with SLT Lead, Governors, Staff and Students to design/develop and run an effective Careers Programme. Have recently completed the Careers Leader course with the CDI, and in January 2025 began the L6 Careers Advice & Guidance course with a view of becoming the schools Careers Advisor.
