About Me
I currently work across three secondary schools, providing consistent yet responsive careers guidance to a range of learners. Keeping the student at the heart of the process, I aim to build positive relationships, encourage, inspire and provide a supportive steer with future decisions.I consistently deliver positive outcomes measured and evidenced by student engagement and satisfaction, and lowering NEET levels post-16.
Commonly I have taken on additional responsibilities such as coordinating work experience, coordinating application systems (e.g. Sheffield Progress), employer liaison and organising events such as careers fairs.
I am based in the High Peak but can work across Derbyshire, Sheffield and Greater Manchester.
