About Me

I am a highly experienced professional in coaching, mentoring and training. I am a L6 registered career development professional with a Coaching Certificate from The University of Warwick. I have had an extensive and wide ranging career in public and private organisations, including utilities, manufacturing, higher education and retail.
My matrix Standard registered company Career Seekers Direct Limited was established in 2017 to deliver career and skills services to all ages and at all stages.
We are a trusted partner for many West Midlands secondary schools (including SEND) and colleges delivering quality career services to support them to meet their legal obligations in relation to career guidance. Our suite of services meet all the Gatsby Benchmarks. In addition we are a Licensed Body who can accredit and award the national Quality in Careers Standard.

We are also a delivery partner to Warwickshire County Council and have supported various career and skills development projects in the community working with young people in schools, the unemployed and vulnerable adults. We are also a provider of Alternative Learning Provision in Coventry and Warwickshire offering a range of Vocational Workshops for disengaged students.
I have the following professional qualifications B.A. Hons, Dip Mgmt, Dip Marketing, British Psychology Occupational Test Administrator, Coaching & Mentoring Certificate.
