About Me

I am a certified Career Development Professional and registered member of the Career Development Institute (RCDP), ensuring I provide a standard of excellence and professionalism in career guidance and development.

I am a Psychologist, and member of the British Psychological Society and the Scottish Division of Occupational Psychology (GMBPsS), qualified in psychometric testing. I use validated psychometric tools to identify strengths, interests, work preferences, assess skills development needs to improve confidence and self-awareness, leading to clearer, personalised career strategies. I abide by the BPS and the CDI code of ethics.

As a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA), I bring expertise in teaching, learning, and development, ensuring the coaching process is structured, evidence-informed, and designed to support meaningful growth. I help clients develop self-awareness, reflect on their strengths, and develop the professional behaviours needed to progress in their career.

I work in partnerships with clients to co-create positive career outcomes. With extensive experience delivering high-quality teaching and learning in higher education, I support clients in developing their career direction, confidence, and professional skills. I guide clients through career transitions, skills development, and goal setting, supporting them to build careers that align with their strengths and aspirations.

My approach is evidence-based, person-centred, and grounded in a deep commitment to lifelong learning and social justice. I combine Psychometrics with labour market intelligence, job crafting, and knowledge of how roles evolve in the age of AI, to help clients make informed career decisions, identify suitable career paths, and plan for training or reskilling. I deliver impactful 1:1 career guidance, group workshops, and research-informed insights. Passionate about helping individuals achieve their career aspirations, I empower clients to make informed decisions and create achievable action plans to achieve personal and career goals.
