About Me

Everything Careers: I offer career coaching, act as an expert witness for the legal system, I also offer research and consultancy services to individuals and companies across the UK. I have over twenty years’ experience working in a career’s role and for the past 14 years working supporting students and graduates in HE, and worked with a number of companies by delivering support for staff on redeployment and being made voluntary redundant. During my time in HE my focused on supporting disabled students and graduates, as well as students and graduates mainly in HE, as well as mature adults, career changers to name a few. Over my career as well as being a careers adviser, an external examiner for two Post Graduate Career Guidance courses, a lecturer delivering session on reflective practice drawing from my PhD and a researcher, a journal reviewer, publish author in both of the careers profession journals; Phoenix and Career Matters, as well as working freelance and hold a portfolio career. 

One to one careers counselling services: delivered via online, telephone and email to individuals across the UK.

Consultancy, research & writing: Designing and producing digital resources i.e. ‘Researcher Career Development’, ‘Making the most of your application – Redeployment’. Writing careers-related articles i.e. ‘The Global Graduate’- a fundamental part of the student experience and employability’ and 'Autism – Honesty Hindering Graduate Outcomes?’. Design and deliver research projects, writting reports and presentations fit for their audience.
