About Me
I have an MSc from London University, hold the Level 7 Qualification in Career Management from Canterbury Christ Church University and am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. My background in professional and graduate recruitment, management training, secondary and Further Education, as well as time taken to run an award winning community project, whilst on a career break to bring up my family, has given me the ability to connect easily with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
Through my professional training I have developed an excellent understanding of the challenges people of all ages face negotiating today's fluid and unpredictable employment markets. I enjoy working collaboratively with people to help them value their skills and talents, work out what really matters and create and commit to a set of achievable career goals.
