7 years experience providing bespoke one-to-one information, advice and guidance sessions to clients, coaching them as they explore careers across all sectors. In addition to this, I regularly facilitate interactive and engaging career transition workshops and webinars, both in the classroom and on virtual platforms.

Using coaching techniques to guide clients as they identify, unpack and civilianise their vast portfolio of transferable skills to demonstrate their high value to employers and boost their confidence on their true value add.

Professionally qualified, holding the Level 6 Diploma in Career Development and Guidance and professional membership with the Career Development Institute. Currently working towards the Level 7 Diploma for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and Mentors which has allowed me to widen my client portfolio to include delivering executive coaching to our most senior leaders across the Armed Forces.
