About Me

I am the Head of Education, Careers and Quality Senior Manager at EBP South with responsibility for overseeing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality across our organisation relating to anything careers wise. I am also a qualified Level 6 Careers Practitioner.

EBP South work with students from Year 7 through to Year 13 in a number of secondary schools, sixth forms and a college in and around the Hampshire Area and borders. Through agreed SLAs we can provide:

·        Career planning and 1 to 1 careers guidance.

·        Small / Large group work and programme delivery.

·        Delivery of assemblies along with support for parents and options evenings.

·        Working with parents, carers and school staff to support individual student needs. 

·        Design and development of career programmes to inspire young people as well as career resources.

EBP South work with young people across the Hampshire and surrounding area. We provide high quality services to schools, sixth forms and colleges supporting them to meet the requirements of the Careers Strategy which includes the Gatsby Benchmarks. This is achieved through the delivery of Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG), Work Experience, Careers Inspiration Events, Employer Led Interactions (Work Related Learning) and the Employer Engagement Project (EEP).

A customer focused social enterprise and registered charity who have strong partnerships with local and national businesses. By brokering these partnerships we make it easy for businesses to engage with schools, sixth forms and colleges across our delivery area.
