About Me

I am the Careers and Quality Manager at EBP South and Basingstoke Consortium with responsibility for overseeing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality across our organisation relating to anything careers wise. I am also a qualified Level 6 Careers Practitioner.

EBP South and Basingstoke Consortium work with students from Year 7 through to Year 13 in a number of secondary schools and sixth forms in the Hampshire Area. Through agreed SLAs we can provide:

·        Career planning and 1 to 1 careers guidance.

·        Small / Large group work and programme delivery.

·        Delivery of assemblies along with support for parents and options evenings.

·        Working with parents, carers and school staff to support individual student needs. 

·        Design and development of career programmes to inspire young people as well as career resources.

EBP South and Basingstoke Consortium work with young people across the Hampshire area. We provide high quality services to schools supporting them to meet the requirements of the Careers Strategy which includes the Gatsby Benchmarks. This is achieved through the delivery of Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG), Work Experience, Careers Inspiration Events, Employer Led Interactions (Your Future Programme), Step Into Days and Mentoring.

We are a Matrix accredited organisation whose mission is to inspire and prepare young people for the world of work. 

A customer focused social enterprise and registered charity who have strong partnerships with local and national businesses. By brokering these partnerships we make it easy for businesses to engage with schools and colleges across Hampshire through our Skillstree Ambassador Programme.
