About Me

I am an Executive Career Coach working with:

My clients value my wide-ranging knowledge of organisations and career development, built over the last 20 years working within complex commercial organisations in both client facing and internally focused roles, providing outsourced business processes for blue chip clients in industries such as automotive, media and entertainment, charities, financial services, retail and FMCG.

Throughout my career I have enjoyed developing people and teams the most so in 2018, after a 5 year parental career break, I commenced an MA in Career Development and Coaching Studies.

I love partnering with individuals and organisations to enable them to discover new ways of thinking so that they can increase their effectiveness and performance exponentially, provide value for all their stakeholders and ultimately lead fulfilling and satisfying lives.
