About Me
I'm Diana Lee, a CDI Registered Career Development Practitioner (RCDP), Certified Career Services Provider (NCDA) and Experience Designer specialising in tools for facilitators and career practitioners. My work centres on a belief that transition is just the beginning — real change happens when people are equipped to transform how they understand themselves and their next chapter. I design workshops, board games, and facilitation frameworks that make that journey tangible, engaging, and lasting.
Based between Oxford and Hong Kong, I work with educators, career practitioners, and organisations across both contexts — delivering programmes in career facilitation, personality dimensions, onboarding, and enterprise education through my practice, Estuary Ltd.
I hold a PGDip in Career Development from UWE Bristol and am completing an MSc in Business Psychology, with research into the psychology of social entrepreneurship. My current work includes developing original career tools designed specifically to support facilitators in creating transformative group experiences.
If you're a practitioner looking for resources that go beyond the conventional, I'd love to connect.
