Qualified Careers Leader and Careers Guidance Practitioner with several years' experience working in a large mainstream secondary school as a Careers Lead and delivering careers guidance. Now working in Together for Children with a focus on delivering targeted guidance to those who need extra support with post-16 choices and those who find transition challenging. Qualified to Masters level in Child and Adolescent Mental Wellbeing with a focus on ADHD and with lived experience of young people with ASD, helping me to understand the barriers that some young people face in order to ensure that they are given the best chances of success at the start of their career journey.Method of delivery
