About Me
With a background in leadership of community based employability courses and Information Advice and Guidance coordination, I have worked since 2009 at Southampton City Council delivering Employment and Skills Plans linked to major Developments. The last few years have seen local unemployed people gaining work, the development of effective curriculum support activities, work experience placements apprentice placements. Connections with companies from many employment sectors and the development of strong operational partnerships within the city of Southampton continue to be key to progressing opportunities.Method of delivery
