About Me

I spent 14 years as the careers lead in a large secondary school developing and overseeing the careers education programme and the delivery of CEIAG. Following my early retirement from teaching I retrained as a level 6 careers adviser and have spent the last 3 years delivering careers guidance interviews mostly to students in secondary schools and FE colleges. I am interested in developing better guidance for neurodiverse clients having recently been working in a special school and with clients requiring additional support in an FE setting. I have found careers advise even more rewarding than teaching as the positive impact that you can have with a young person in such a short amount of time has been truly amazing.
