About Me
As an Ex Recruiter for over 25 years my move into school Career's advisory work was one might argue a fairly intuitive and obvious move which occuured well over 4 years ago now. As I work in the independent educational sector my skills do NOT lend themselves to being parachuted in to help a school or College successfully get through an Inspection from OFSTED for example
Where I am effective is practical help to advise young people on the best options available to them and perhaps even more importantly handson and effective help in the any application process sometimes just a CV and Interview but more often than not a much more complicated and in depth process these days even for relatively junior roles
