About Me
>David Hooper is a certified Mindfulness Practitioner and Fully Registered Careers Adviser and has survived his own life threatening mental health issues. David formed Mindfulness Practice Ltd to bring mindfulness, vipassna meditation, progressive muscle relaxation and stress management coaching to kids, teens and adults using a person centred holistic approach. He is an advocate for mental health, careers guidance and development and a SAMH charter member. He thrives on helping and treating others in need and aims to make careers learning a key element of the Scottish curriculum.Method of delivery
