About Me

Alongside my work in careers education, I bring a broad professional background that has helped shape a practical, adaptable and people-focused approach. My experience includes working within the NHS as a Day Care Coordinator supporting adults with special needs, running my own retail business for five years where I provided work experience opportunities for local students, and roles in technical and creative industries.

I have also gained valuable international experience through outdoor education work in the United States and caring for children as an au-pair, which strengthened my cultural awareness, leadership and communication skills.

I am passionate about creating positive and supportive environments, both for students and colleagues. I actively contribute to workplace wellbeing initiatives and enjoy helping to build a culture where people feel valued, motivated and able to thrive.
