About Me

With almost a decade of experience in specialist education, I bring a deep understanding of how to design and lead impactful, inclusive careers and curriculum pathways that genuinely empower young people, especially those who are neurodivergent to thrive in their future lives and careers. Throughout my career, I have held a variety of roles including Teacher, Vocational Subject Lead, Careers Lead, and Senior Manager, which have given me a well-rounded and strategic perspective on both education and progression planning. I currently hold the Level 6 Careers Leader qualification, underpinning my work with nationally recognised professional standards in careers education. I have a proven track record in supporting young people into sustained, meaningful paid employment, often working intensively to remove barriers and foster employer confidence. I specialise in adapting and creating aspirational, accessible careers programmes tailored to the diverse needs of neurodivergent learners ensuring every individual is equipped and empowered to achieve their potential. In addition to working directly with learners, I also provide training and consultancy for businesses, helping them to adopt more inclusive practices and to better support the entire workforce. My goal is to bridge the gap between education and employment by building environments where all individuals are valued, included, and supported to succeed.
