About Me

My practice focuses on supporting students and young people as they navigate education, training and early career choices in a rapidly changing labour market. I help them connect their interests, strengths and values to realistic options, make sense of complex information and develop a more confident, coherent story about who they are becoming professionally.

Alongside this, I work with adults in transition – from career changers to independent professionals – using one-to-one guidance, coaching and reflective methods. My approach is informed by an MSc in Career Management and Coaching and ongoing doctoral research into how independent coaches develop their professional identities in organisational settings.

Earlier in my career, I held senior commercial and leadership roles in telecoms and healthcare, working in demanding sales and business development environments. This experience of how organisations actually function – how decisions are made, how performance pressures feel in practice, and how people navigate change from the inside – underpins my current work with students and clients, grounding career conversations in the realities of contemporary working life.

Across all settings, my aim is to create thoughtful, evidence-informed spaces where people can explore options, articulate their stories and shape working lives that are both sustainable and meaningful.
