About Me

Career Coach and Supervisor with over 15 years’ experience in the world of careers, based in South East London. I enjoy working with a varied client group from senior leaders to people in career transition, recent graduates to people considering options around retirement. In addition to support around career direction and issues which arise at work, I can also help the practicalities with CVs, applications and interview preparation.
For the past three years, I have also offered supervision services to student and qualified career coaches, allowing a space to explore your coaching practice, client relationships, ethical issues and your learning and development as a career coach.
I am an experienced manager with a background in the voluntary sector working in mental health, homelessness, community education and with older people. I am now enjoying my own portfolio career including my private practice as a Career Coach and Supervisor, working as an Associate Career Coach for Stay Nimble and as a Career Coach and Reflective Practice Facilitator for Brett Grellier Psychological Services as well as an Associate Lecturer at Birkbeck. I represent the Voluntary and Community Sector on the Ethical and Professional Standards Committee of the CDI. I hold a Qualification in Careers Guidance (South Bank 2008) and an MSc in Career Management and Coaching (Birkbeck 2022). Winner of the Bill Law Award 2022 for my MSc dissertation on semi-retirement and career.
