About Me

I am a Level 6 qualified Careers Leader and experienced senior leader with many years of working to support young people with additional needs and those facing socio-economic disadvantage. My background as a SENCo has given me a strong understanding of how barriers to learning can affect students’ future opportunities.

I am passionate about using careers education as a tool for equity and school improvement. I enjoy developing systems, creating sustainable strategies, and supporting staff to embed careers across the curriculum.

My focus is on ensuring that careers provision is inclusive, aspirational, and impactful, giving every learner the chance to explore their future pathways with confidence.
