About Me

I have experience in Further Education, sixth form colleges, community education and school settings. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and have experience of supporting young people at key transition points, including post-16 and post-18 choices, as well as adults seeking to retrain and change their careers.

I am able to adapt my approach, whether I am providing information and raising awareness of opportunities, helping people identify their skills and attributes, assisting them to adapt their CV to a particular job role or improving their confidence to be able to approach an employer. I would like to think that I am able to provide an opportunity for all ages to reflect on, discuss and explore their journey. 

A great day at work is being able to help individuals, seeing them make progress, and empowering them to overcome any challenges and take steps towards achieving their goals.
