About Me

I work together with people to think more deeply about their work life, identify interesting career options and support them to develop the job search tools they need to take the next steps on their professional journey. I coach clients in person in London, and nationally/internationally via skype. Services include:

• Working with those mid-career seeking a new work direction and change
• Supporting people back into the workplace following a career break
• Helping jobseekers develop effective CVs, networking strategies and preparing for interview
• Providing outplacement support for employees facing redundancy
• Helping students and graduates identify potential career pathways

I work to build a trusting relationship with clients, building on their strengths and supporting them to meet the career challenges they face. I have worked with adults of all ages, from a wide variety of professional backgrounds, and tailor my approach to the unique situation each person finds themselves in.

I am a qualified and skilled Career Coach with over 10 years experience coaching, training and mentoring individuals. With a background in senior management in both the public and private sectors, I have a Masters in Career Management and Coaching, where I specialised in networking. I am a registered professional member of the Career Development Institute and a member of the National Institute for Career Education and Counselling.
