About Me

I am a Level 7 career development practitioner with a Postgraduate Diploma in Career Development and the QCD. In addition, I am also a qualified solicitor (non-practising) and, as such, I bring a wealth of experience to my guidance practice. My varied - and somewhat squiggly - career has included roles in international law firms (both advising multinational corporations and heading up a professional development department), the Civil Service and volunteering at Citizens Advice. I have lived and/or worked in 7 countries. I am currently providing 121 careers guidance and education to Year 11 students at a school in West Sussex, but also have experience of supporting university students and those looking to make a career change. I made my own careeer change because I want to help people develop and to support them in moving forward in a way that is meaningful to them. This is the common thread that runs through my career to date and that motivates me in my careers advice and consultancy work going forward.
