About Me

I am a recently qualified with a Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance and Development and I am currently working with Swindon Borough Council, supporting young people to explore their education, training and employment options and make informed decisions about their futures. Through one-to-one careers guidance and employability support, I help young people identify their strengths, understand available opportunities and overcome barriers to progression.

My background in supported employment and working with young people, including those with additional needs and care experience, has given me a strong understanding of the challenges they may face when planning their next steps. I am committed to providing impartial, client-centred guidance that empowers individuals to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.

Working in line with the CDI Code of Ethics, I strive to build positive relationships with young people and create a supportive environment where they feel confident to discuss their aspirations, explore opportunities and develop realistic career plans.
