About Me

MCC Careers Consultancy provides a range of bespoke services and tailored packages for individuals, groups and organisations. The consultancy is led by Clair, an experienced practitioner with a rich and diverse background spanning education, training, attendance, youth work, sport, leisure, and health & wellbeing.
With over 30 years of national experience, Clair has worked with a wide variety of stakeholders as both a guidance practitioner and manager. She holds a BA (Hons), a PGCE in Further Education, and a Masters in Youth & Community Studies, alongside an extensive portfolio of guidance, advisory and coaching qualifications. Her practice is grounded in a deep commitment to supporting people’s growth, confidence and career development.
