About Me

This non-linear path drives my work. Having overcome many barriers, I understand career readiness is a process of iteration, not a logical process of one step after the other. My mission is ensuring every student has access to opportunities and pathways that are fulfilling and meet their talents and ambitions.

Innovating for the AI Era Traditional advice is insufficient for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. At Latymer Upper School, I use design thinking (Stanford certified) to help students treat futures as iterative projects. I move beyond passive advice to "systems thinking", preparing students for an AI-augmented workplace.
