About Me
I am a Level 7 Qualified RCDP in Career Development. I currently work as Head of Careers at Horizon Care and Education a specialist education and care provider. It is a role that I throughly enjoy and I have a passion for working with Neurodivergent individuals. To ensure I keep up with my professional CPD and practice, I take on a small number of additional clients outside my day to day work to continue to develop my approach, this work is mainly with adults both Neurodiverse and Neurotypical.Method of delivery
