About Me

I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who specialises in Talent Assessment and Development, with over 20 years experience in Private and Public sector organisations.  I am a registered coach with the CDi, a founding member of the Special Group in Coaching Psychology (UK), and a full member of the Division of Coaching Psychology UK,  Association of Coaching (UK), an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Practicing Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. 

I am a transitional coaching psychologist who uses coaching techniques and latest in psychometrics to help school leavers find career clarity, university students make their next move, career changers and young parents balance work and life and more senior adults plan for retirement. My approach is forward looking and strengths based and aims to help individuals find balance between work and play. 

I am qualified in the use of Occupational and Educational tests, including Hogan assessments, Lumina Learning, the16 Personality Factor inventory and Saville Assessments -  all well-established and highly respected personality inventories, used for occupational & personal development.
