What I do

I help people to rethink their careers with a view to finding more meaning and purpose in what they do. I use a range of tools and exercises to do this but the primary one that underpins all of my work is Gallup's CliftonStrengths® assessment. I work 1:1 online using Zoom or MS Teams.

 

My approach is:

There's no quick way to deal with career transition. But I can guide you through it and provide the necessary structure and process that will enable you take a step back and work out what it is you really want and which direction to head in.
