About Me
Level 6 Qualified Careers Advisor, offering impartial, independent careers and employability services to young people. Using a person centred approach to help guide students to find the right career path for them. I work with students with SEMH and other additional needs as well as school refusers, looked after children, and those who are academically gifted.Level 6 Qualified Careers Leader-this role involves implementing the career’s strategy to meet statutory requirements and raising aspirations in schools where deprivation factors are double the national average. Working with stakeholders such as tutors, governors, parents & carers is a significant part of my role to ensure students receive the best careers education the school can offer.
