About Me
I have been qualified 20+ years as a level 7 Careers Guidance Professional, with experience working in HE, FE and Secondary School settings. I currently work for New Collaborative Learning Trust as a Careers Advisor and Consultant. My base school is Brinsworth Academy, where I support students aged 11-18 years with 1:1 Careers Guidance appointments, college and university applications, work experience support, job and apprenticeship hunting as well as interview coaching.I have enjoyed working in a variety of career roles over my professional career including Careers and Employer Engagement Manager, Careers Leader and Head of Employability. My main focus remains providing high quality impartial careers advice and guidance to students.
I have significant experience supporting with UCAS as well as students from widening participation backgrounds, ensuring equitable and fair access of opportunities for all.
