About Me

I have first hand experience of managing career transitions, having made a number of significant career changes myself. After dabbling in various areas of finance (stock trading, investment banking, corporate finance and accountancy), I transitioned into academia, working in research at UCD before successfully pursuing a PhD in Economics at University College London. After my first child I switched careers again, retraining as a careers advisor - graduating with a Postgraduate Diploma in Career Guidance from the University of Warwick, and working with students at the University of London for a number of years. While on maternity leave with my second child, I relocated to Limerick, Ireland where I launched Career Coach Me in 2019.







Since 2019, I have worked with over 500 individual clients (and counting!) as well as several universities (providing freelance career support to students) and organisations (delivering a mix of individual career coaching and group career development workshops).







Drawing on my skills and experience, and with an understanding of the emotions that can accompany a career shift, I help clients navigate career transitions. I have successfully helped hundreds of clients identify suitable job opportunities, improve their CVs and succeed at interview.







I follow a client centered coaching approach. I believe with the right support and knowledge, clients are best equipped to make decisions about their future career. In client centered career coaching, the coach and client work in partnership to help the client make decisions and take action to identify and achieve their career goals.







I get great satisfaction from helping individuals realise their potential and find roles that give them enjoyment and satisfaction.
