About Me

I am a post-graduate level 7 qualified careers development professional. I have worked as a careers adviser, manager and trainer/assessor across careers organisations in Birmingham, East London and the South East. Since co-founding My Future Starts Here, an independent impartial careers company, I have continued to deliver and manage CEIAG services to a range of schools and colleges. My areas of specialism include the design and delivery of bespoke careers events, workshops,for years 7-13, 1:1 careers advice and coaching, staff and employer training. In my work with young people my focus is to offer guidance to support skills identification and self-development enabling them to identify their potential and to negotiate the dynamic, ever changing world of education and employment.
